Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Bodyfitness Performance Supplements reserves the right to delay processing due to high order volume, payment verification, or circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (where available)

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Bodyfitness Performance Supplements. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days. By placing an international order, you agree to the following:

  • You are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and fees imposed by your country
  • Bodyfitness Performance Supplements is not responsible for packages held, seized, or rejected by customs
  • It is your responsibility to verify that the products you are ordering are legal to import in your country
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier handling
  • Orders refused at customs or returned to us are subject to a restocking fee and original shipping costs will not be refunded

Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Bodyfitness Performance Supplements is not responsible for tracking inaccuracies provided by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Shipments Once an order is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at bodyfitness2765@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be honored. We reserve the right to work directly with the carrier to resolve claims and are not obligated to issue an immediate refund or replacement pending investigation.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address Bodyfitness Performance Supplements is not responsible for orders shipped to an address incorrectly entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We are not obligated to refund orders that are undeliverable due to customer error.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages Packages refused at delivery or unclaimed and returned to us are subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Force Majeure Bodyfitness Performance Supplements shall not be held liable for any shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, carrier disruptions, government actions, or supply chain interruptions.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall Bodyfitness Performance Supplements be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order.
